LIMITED WARRANTY TERMS

Heldan Future Electronics (“Company”), subject strictly to the terms, conditions, exclusions, limitations, and interpretational provisions contained herein, warrants that the motor and electronic controller (PCB/Driver) shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship for a period of twenty-four (24) months from the date of original purchase, limited exclusively to normal domestic usage and operation within prescribed electrical and environmental parameters, and this warranty shall not extend, under any circumstance, to any other component, accessory, or application associated with the product.

Without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, this warranty excludes all ancillary, consumable, structural, and aesthetic components including but not limited to blades, remote control units, batteries, downrod assemblies, canopy, mounting systems, external fittings, finishes, packaging materials, and any accessory items, and further excludes normal wear, performance tolerances, environmental variations, or deviations arising due to installation conditions, electrical supply characteristics, usage patterns, or continuous operation beyond typical domestic limits.

This warranty shall stand automatically void, without requirement of notice, in the event of any condition including but not limited to exposure to voltage fluctuation, surge, spikes, harmonics, lightning, electrical imbalance, improper earthing, absence of protective devices, moisture ingress, humidity exposure, dust accumulation, corrosion, oxidation, environmental degradation, physical damage, mishandling, improper installation, incorrect wiring, transit damage, unauthorized repair, opening, modification, firmware alteration, or use of non-genuine components, tampering or removal of serial number or identification labels, usage with external or incompatible regulators or electrical systems, abnormal or continuous usage beyond standard domestic conditions, or use in commercial, industrial, rental, or non-residential environments, or force majeure events including but not limited to fire, flood, or natural calamities.

The Company shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for damage arising from external power quality issues including but not limited to voltage spikes, harmonics, instability, or supply imbalance, installation deficiencies, site conditions, or accessory dependencies, all of which are deemed beyond the control of the Company, and product performance shall be evaluated strictly under controlled testing conditions as determined by the Company.

All warranty obligations are limited strictly to repair or replacement of defective components, at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company, based on internal technical evaluation standards, which shall be final, binding, and non-contestable, and the Company reserves the right to reject any claim where no fault is identified under such evaluation, and to retain any defective components replaced, and any such repair or replacement may be carried out using new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent parts, and shall not, under any interpretation, be deemed to extend, renew, or restart the original warranty period, and no assurance or obligation of complete product replacement is provided under any circumstances.

The Company reserves the right to refuse service in case of non-compliance with warranty terms, improper documentation, or violation of usage conditions.

All services shall be provided strictly on a return-to-service-center basis, and the customer shall bear full responsibility for secure packaging and transportation, and any damage arising from inadequate packaging or improper handling during transit shall not be covered, and no fixed service timelines are guaranteed, and delays arising from logistics, part availability, or technical evaluation shall not constitute deficiency of service.

The Company shall not be responsible for any loss of data, settings, configurations, or user preferences during the course of inspection, repair, or replacement, and no preventive, goodwill, or precautionary replacements shall be provided in absence of verified defects.

Warranty claims shall be considered only upon submission of original warranty card in physical form along with valid proof of purchase, and any overwriting, alteration, inconsistency, or tampering shall render the warranty null and void, and the product serial number must remain intact and legible at all times.

Under no circumstances shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to loss of usage, inconvenience, property damage, or commercial loss, and in case of any ambiguity, discrepancy, or interpretational conflict, the decision and interpretation of the Company shall be final, binding, and conclusive.

The Company reserves the right to modify product design, specifications, features, or components without prior notice and without any obligation to incorporate such changes into previously sold units.

All disputes shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of courts located in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
