1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products across most serviceable PIN codes in India. Delivery availability depends on our logistics partners and service coverage in your area.

Certain remote or non-serviceable locations may not be eligible for delivery. In such cases, HELDAN reserves the right to cancel the order and initiate a refund, if applicable.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
During festivals, sales periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances, processing and shipping timelines may be extended.

HELDAN shall not be held liable for delays caused by logistics providers, natural calamities, strikes, governmental restrictions, weather conditions, technical issues, or any force majeure events beyond our control.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–10 business days
Remote Locations: 7–15 business days

These timelines are indicative only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery commitments.

4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.
Additional charges such as Octroi, entry tax, local levies, or other government-imposed charges, wherever applicable, shall be borne by the customer.
HELDAN reserves the right to revise shipping charges without prior notice.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Charges

Cash on Delivery (COD) / Pay on Delivery orders may attract additional handling or convenience charges. Any applicable COD charges will be clearly displayed at the time of checkout before order confirmation.

HELDAN reserves the right to enable, disable, or limit COD services for specific products, order values, or delivery locations at its sole discretion.

5. Partial Shipments

In certain situations, products from a single order may be shipped separately due to:

Product availability
Packaging requirements
Warehouse location
Courier limitations

Customers will not be charged extra shipping fees for partial shipments initiated by HELDAN.

6. Delivery Address

Each order can be shipped to only one delivery address.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
HELDAN shall not be responsible for delays, losses, or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details or unavailability of the recipient.

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, refusal to accept delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Order Tracking

Once the order is shipped, customers may receive tracking details via SMS, email, or WhatsApp, wherever applicable.

Tracking updates are subject to courier partner systems and may occasionally be delayed.

8. Damaged or Tampered Packages

Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery.

If the package appears tampered, damaged, opened, or defective:

Please refuse delivery wherever possible, or
Record a proper unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims raised without sufficient proof or after the specified timeline may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or resolution.

9. Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, HELDAN shall not be liable for:

Courier or logistics delays
Transit damages caused by third-party logistics providers
Lost shipments due to incorrect customer information
Delays caused by external events beyond our control

In cases of confirmed lost shipments, HELDAN may, at its sole discretion:

Reship the product, or
Provide a refund/store credit after completion of investigation with the logistics partner.

10. Installation Responsibility

Unless explicitly mentioned on the product page, installation services are not included with the product purchase.

Customers are advised to use a qualified electrician for installation of ceiling fans and electrical products. HELDAN shall not be liable for damages, injuries, or malfunctions caused by improper installation, voltage fluctuations, wiring defects, misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.

11. Acceptance of Delivery

A product shall be deemed successfully delivered if:

Delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout, and
Accepted by the customer, family member, security personnel, receptionist, or any person present at the delivery location.

12. Cancellation Due to Suspicious Activity

HELDAN reserves the right to cancel or hold any order suspected of fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, bulk reselling, pricing abuse, or violation of our terms and policies.

Additional verification may be requested before dispatching certain orders.

13. Policy Updates

HELDAN reserves the right to modify, update, or revise this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes shall become effective immediately upon being published on this page.
