Refund Policy:
Once payment is made for any order on www.heldan.in, refunds will not be issued. All sales are final. Please ensure you review your order and product specifications carefully prior to confirming your purchase.

Return Policy:
Returns are only accepted in the event that the product is received in a damaged or faulty condition due to transit. To qualify for a return, the buyer must notify us and provide clear photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.

Our team will review the claim and determine eligibility for return or replacement. Heldan Future Electronics reserves the right to refuse returns or replacements if the product is found to be in working and undamaged condition.

In cases where the return is approved, the buyer must follow the instructions for shipping the product back to our designated address. Shipping costs for returning the product are the responsibility of the buyer, except where otherwise stated.
No refunds or exchanges will be issued for any reason other than verified transit damage.

Warranty Disclaimer:
Warranty coverage for functional defects is as per the respective warranty terms of each product and does not cover damages caused during transit or installation. Warranty claims are not considered as returns and follow a separate process.
